How Pricing Works
Partner pricing is volume-based and set once we understand your typical job flow. Apply below and we'll follow up to discuss your volume and lock in your rate — the more consistent work you send, the better your rate gets.
A flat per-job minimum applies based on distance from our Springfield facility to the jobsite, so every trip is worth the time on both ends:

The minimum applies per job, not per visit — even if multiple jobs are scheduled in the same area on the same trip.
You Stay the Face of the Job
We work as your representative on-site — plain shirt or your company's shirt, no Total Cleaning Service branding. If your customer asks who we are, we represent your company, not ours. You set and collect whatever price you want from your customer; we invoice your company directly at your wholesale rate, never the customer. Your client relationship stays yours, start to finish.
Before any work begins, we walk the job with the customer to confirm the scope matches what you described. If the customer is asking for more than what was scoped, we call you first to confirm the additional charge — work doesn't start until pricing is settled. At your request, we can relay the price to the customer directly, or you can handle it yourself.
Matching carpet: if the customer has leftover carpet from the original install, that's the best option for a seamless patch. If none is available, we source the closest match we can find for an additional $25 — it won't be an exact match, but we handle it the way an experienced installer would to minimize visibility.

That means the work sent our way is handled by someone qualified — and if anything is ever damaged during a job, you're not the one left covering it.

Payment Terms
New partners: payment due at time of service for the first few jobs. Once we've established a working relationship, we move to Net 15 for ongoing partners.
A late fee of $25 or 1.5% of the invoice total (whichever is greater) applies to payments not received by the due date.
Cancellations: if a job is cancelled or the customer is a no-show with less than 24 hours' notice, the per-job minimum still applies to cover the trip.
