How Pricing Works
You pay us your partner rate. Your retail pricing is entirely up to you, and the margin is yours to keep for bringing us the job.
Your partner rate is set by fiber type and your typical monthly volume — apply below and we'll follow up to lock it in. The more consistent work you send, the better your rate gets.
$50 Minimum
A $50 minimum charge per rug applies regardless of size or fiber type.
Facility Drop-off & Pickup
Drop-off and pickup at our Springfield facility: no additional fee.
$75 Per Trip
If you'd like us to handle pickup and delivery instead: a flat $75 fee per trip applies.
Total Peace of Mind — Fully Insured for Your Protection
We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance with high coverage limits. That means if anything is ever damaged while in our care, you're not the one left covering it.

Handled the Way Your Customers Expect
Every rug is fiber-tested before it's ever touched with water — wool, silk, viscose, cotton, synthetic, jute, and hand-knotted Oriental and Persian rugs each get handled differently, because they need to be. We invoice your company directly at your wholesale rate, never your customer — your client relationship stays yours from drop-off to pickup.
If pickup or delivery happens directly at your customer's location, we show up as your representative — plain shirt or your company's shirt, no Total Cleaning Service branding. If the customer asks who we are, we represent your company, not ours.
Payment Terms
New partners: payment due at time of pickup/delivery for the first few jobs. Once we've established a working relationship, we move to Net 15 for ongoing partners.
A late fee of $25 or 1.5% of the invoice total (whichever is greater) applies to payments not received by the due date.
Missed pickup/delivery appointments: if a scheduled pickup or delivery is missed with less than 24 hours' notice, the $75 fee still applies to cover the trip.

Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contract required — but this program is built for partners sending consistent, recurring work, not occasional one-off rugs.
Can we drop off and pick up ourselves?
Yes — drop-off and pickup at our Springfield facility has no additional fee. We're also happy to handle pickup and delivery for a flat $75 fee per trip.
What if we're not happy with the result?
We'll redo the job at no additional cost until you're satisfied — no fine print.
