Your Rug Pad Matters Too
Odor often lives in the pad, not just the rug. Rug Pad Wizard pads are washed along with the rug. Other pads are not washed — some fall apart when washed — and a replacement can be purchased if yours can't go through the wash with your rug.

Because the rug leaves your home and is fully submerged here, in a process we control start to finish, every rug is inspected for odor — corners included — before it's wrapped for delivery. If any odor remains, we rewash it. Your rug doesn't leave our facility until it's verified odor-free.
