"I have been using Stanley steamer for years now, but the last couple of years they have cleaned my carpet, I noticed they just weren't really getting my carpets clean so this year I decided to look for a new company to clean my carpet and I found it! Matthew is phenomenal. He's very professional and friendly and From the moment I made the appointment I just got really good vibes from him. He did such a phenomenal job on my carpet. I live in a rental and my carpet is pretty old But I do my best to keep the carpet clean. This past year, I fostered a puppy and she had accidents in the house, and I did a bunch of spot cleaning on the carpets which left my carpet with spot cleaning marks (If that makes sense). I was shocked at how good my carpet looked after Matthew was done. I can't say that my carpet look brand new, but it looked like he took 10 years off of the carpet. The spots on my carpet are no longer visible. The high traffic areas are nice and clean and my whole house smelled so fresh after he was done. He took his time ensuring a very thorough job. But at the same time, he actually didn't take that long at all to clean the carpets. I don't know what kind of magic Matthew used on my carpet to get it so clean, but I'm gonna go as far to say that he is a carpet magician! I couldn't be more pleased, and I will be using his services again for sure. As a matter of fact, I've already told my neighbors and my friends about the amazing job he did and if you're looking for a review to convince you to use Matthew's services let this be the one. This guy will really do a great job and I guarantee you you will be very happy with the results."

After a master bath addition, we needed carpet inconspicuously added where walls previously existed and carpet cleaning of the entire second level. It became obvious upon his arrival that carpet is Matthew's passion. He made some observations/recommendations that I did not mention via phone, all included within the price originally quoted. After patching carpet “seamlessly” where none previously existed (closet), he also tacked down existing carpet that was pulled back for the addition before cleaning via hot water extraction (the best method to remove deep dirt and construction grime) two bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs. Lastly, he safely steam cleaned the hardwood floors on the first level to remove all construction dust, all for an INCREDIBLY reasonable price. I will use Total Cleaning Service again and again for my primary residence, rental properties, and will recommend him to friends and anyone who asks"

"WOW! It's true when they say “not all heroes wear capes”. Matthew literally saved our favorite area rug! For years we have been dealing with a rug that slides and wrinkles. Without being asked, and at no charge, he repaired a section of it that had been clawed by my cat, using scraps from the stretching! Amazing!
