Rugs are $15 per month with a 3-month minimum, billed automatically to your card. Outdoor cushion sets are $75 for the full season (October–April). Washing is billed separately.
Why Proper Storage Matters
Rugs and outdoor cushions left in a basement, garage, or plastic bin are exposed to real risk — moths, mold, mildew, and humidity swings can cause damage that's often irreversible by the time it's noticed. Proper storage isn't just "out of the way" — it's climate-controlled, pest-treated, and checked periodically, so what goes in comes back out in the same condition.

- Clean before storage — every rug is cleaned first, since dirt and oils left in a stored rug attract pests and can set stains permanently
- Inspect & photograph — condition documented before storage begins

Outdoor Cushion Storage
Outdoor cushions are cleaned, dried, and stored for the winter. We use cleaners that are safe for solution-dyed outdoor fabric (not all are), and can reapply a fabric protector so your cushions resist staining and fading next season. Cleaning is $15 per cushion ($10 per small pillow), and a fabric protector is quoted when you reserve, both on top of the $75 storage fee. Storing an outdoor umbrella too? It's included free with cushion storage.
How Drop-Off and Return Work
- Reserve. Tell us what you're storing and we'll confirm a drop-off or pickup time.
- Drop off by appointment. 7653 Fullerton Rd, Suite G, Springfield, VA 22153. Call or text first, and look for the Total Cleaning Service banner over the door.
- We take it from there. Your item is washed, photographed, treated for pests, wrapped, and stored until you need it back.
- Get it back when you're ready. Call or text to schedule your rug's return anytime; billing stops once it's back with you. Outdoor cushions come back the first week of April. Returns are by appointment at our facility or by delivery.
- Pickup and delivery. Available for storage items; call or text for pricing.
Pricing
Rug storage: $15 per month. Per rug, with a 3-month minimum. Billed automatically to your card on file each month from drop-off until you pick the rug up; the month of pickup is billed in full.
Outdoor cushion storage: $75 per set. For the full season, October through April, paid in full at drop-off.
Washing: billed separately. Every rug is washed before it goes into storage, at our standard rug rates, and paid on completion like any rug order. Get your exact washing price in 60 seconds. Outdoor cushions are cleaned first too, at $15 per cushion or $10 per small pillow; oversized cushions are quoted.
What the storage fee covers. Condition photos at drop-off, pest treatment, breathable wrapping, storage off the floor, and a check every few months.
Size. Rugs up to 9×12 ft are included in the monthly rate; larger or heavier rugs are quoted. A cushion set is up to 8 pieces.
