Pickup & delivery orders have a $250 minimum. Drop-off (by appointment) has no minimum — you pay straight per-square-foot pricing. Getting into a building, checking in, and moving equipment between our van and your unit takes extra time and effort, so all apartment and condo buildings have a $500 minimum for any service.

What we actually do to your rug
Check-in and inspection
Each rug is logged on its own line with photos, and any existing damage, stains or wear is noted before we touch it. We also check dye stability on every rug so we use the right products.
Dry dusting
Dry soil hides deep at the base of the pile. We remove it before water goes on, so you don't end up with muddy rinse water.
Wash
Your rug is washed on our raised rug wash floor, not spot-cleaned in place.
Rinse and extract
It's rinsed thoroughly and spun in our centrifuge, which pulls out most of the water so it dries faster and cleaner.
Climate-controlled drying
Rugs dry in our temperature-controlled drying room so they're completely dry when you get them back.
Final inspection and return
We check the results, then roll your rug and band it with shrink wrap. It comes back to you (or is ready for pickup) rolled and banded. We only wrap a rug fully for long-term storage.

Questions
Will my cotton rug shrink or the colors run?
Cotton can shrink, and dark or bright dyes can bleed. We wash gently, and we check dye stability on every rug so we use the right products. If the colors bleed, we adjust.
Can I just wash it at home?
Small ones, yes, if the tag allows it. Large rugs are heavy when wet, slow to dry, and can mildew, which is where we come in.
Will it lie flat afterward?
A properly dried cotton rug generally relaxes back. If yours has curled edges from earlier washing, we'll tell you what to expect.
Do you clean braided and rag rugs?
Most, yes. We check the construction and backing at intake.
Will you get pet urine out?
Yes. Add odor treatment (+$1.00/sqft) and we guarantee the smell is gone. After your rug is washed and dried, we check it. If any odor remains, we re-wash it at no charge. See Rug Odor Treatment.
