Your Rug Pad Matters Too
Odor often lives in the pad, not just the rug. We can wash any rug pad that's stable enough to be washed, along with your rug. If yours can't go through the wash, areplacement can be purchased.

Because the rug leaves your home and is fully submerged here, in a process we control start to finish, every rug is inspected for odor — corners included — before it's wrapped for delivery. If any odor remains, we rewash it. Your rug doesn't leave our facility until it's verified odor-free.
